Idempotency Keys in ASP.NET Core: Preventing Duplicate Payments and Orders

Duplicate payment incidents are usually not caused by bad business logic. They happen when retries, timeouts, and mobile reconnects hit non-idempotent endpoints that were never designed for uncertaint
